FarmVille, developed by Zynga, is the most popular game played online on Facebook where you have a virtual farm which you can manage, rear animals and harvest crops, exchange gifts and much more. Each player is offered 6 plots of land with area of 12X12 squares each, that you can then develop and build upon. Characters: You can customize each character according to your wish either at the beginning or as and when you want to, by changing the color for the clothes, skin, hair, eyes and so on.
Multi Tool: Your characters will walk if you click at the multi tool arrow button and then click on the place where you wish your character to move to.
Move Tool: You can rearrange the different items in your farm for a new and beautiful view of your farm using the Move Tool which is a hand shaped icon.
Plowing: You can plow any part of your field that is unoccupied by clicking on the part of your field that you would like to plough after selecting the plow tool icon which is available at the bottom of your screen
Planting: Enter the market and choose the seeds you want to plant, by clicking on the seeds icon and click on the part of the plowed field where you wish these plants to grow.
Harvesting: Harvest your crops that are ready and fully grown by clicking on the field after selecting the harvesting tool and you will be awarded with some coins for all your painstaking toil. Be wise enough to choose the best seeds for the fastest and best yield, to earn the most profits. Remember you can harvest only your fully grown crops
Livestock: Choose from the best livestock which give the most yields to earn the most profits with which you can buy more products from the market. Live stock can be gifted and a best way to get your collection of livestock would be to ask your friends to gift you the latest.
Experience: Gain Experience points as you plant, plow or buy things, build buildings and reach new levels.
Ribbons: Accomplish and gain ribbons on completion of benchmark requirements in each levels, much to the envy of friends and neighbors. Some of the ribbons that you are awarded with are A Pretty Penny, Good Samaritan and much more.
Neighbors: Invite and accept invitations on the My Neighbors page. To increase your farm size after a certain level, you need to have several neighbors, also you can help your neighbors on their farm and get free gifts and special bonuses from them.
